Listed Barn Wellington

Croft's remit here was to dismantle the existing listed barn and rebuild it in a new location on the same site, reusing as much of the existing fabric as possible. The new building was to form part of a new primary school development housing administration staff.

The dismantling process was carried out by our building teams, carefully recording each section as they proceeded to ensure maximum re-use of the original materials. Timbers were repaired and re-used wherever possible, new work being kept to a minimum.
